PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please leave this site now. In case of questions, do contact one of our Customer Service Advisors BEFORE placing an order with us, by email at Services@lillyevioletta.com By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to LillyeVioletta (and so to Lilly-E-Violetta Co) to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and conditions attached as described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Lillyevioletta for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are dispatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Unless agreed otherwise we will dispatch your order with guaranteed delivery (this will be delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank or public holidays) and may require a signature. The average fee for delivery within the UK is £7.95.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. Moreover, given the natural origin of most of the goods, there may be natural variations to the colour of the products illustrated on our website.
Lilly e Violetta products depicted in this site are representative of the Lilly e Violetta collection. Not all Lilly e Violetta products are shown in this Site. Moreover not all products that are shown in this Site are, or will be, available for sale. The style, designs and colours of Lilly e Violetta and other products shown in this Site may be changed without notice.
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. You can choose to receive a single delivery if some items in your order are out of stock, please tick the box to request a single shipment in the checkout delivery page. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation.
We will endeavour to wrap your item as requested. Some items are too large and we will not be able to gift wrap them. Where you have asked us to use only one box or bag we will endeavour to do so, however, if the items will not fit and we have to use more than one, you will be charged for each box/bag used.
At Lilly e Violetta we aim to give a customer experience and a shopping experience that is second to none. This extends to the instances where you would like to cancel your order after receipt of goods or send defective goods back for an exchange or refund. However please read the following carefully.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel your order in writing within seven days of receipt of goods (but you must write to us at email@example.com within 3 (three) days from receipt of item to receive a refund order number).
Whether you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault, or you are exercising your right to cancel, you will need to follow the procedure below (Procedure to Return Cancelled/ Faulty Items).
In the absence of a fault in manufacture, there is no right to cancel for reasons of hygiene or where items have been made to order. If you are unsure or have a query, our Customer Services Team can inform you if the item you are buying is made to order or otherwise excluded from the right to cancel if you contact them before you buy.
Please note that for the duration of our sale we do not offer an exchange or refund unless the goods are faulty. In our special discounted sale events, where garments are offered “as seen” at a significant discount, there will be no possibility of exchange nor refund and by shopping at these events you accept that risk. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
PROCEDURE TO RETURN CANCELLED/ FAULTY ITEMS
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 (three) days of receiving the goods to request a return reference. Provided you have obtained a return reference from us, you may return goods you have purchased within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date. Please note that we can only issue refunds on goods that are shipped back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.
Where you believe that you have received damaged or faulty items from us, please e-mail one of our Customer Service Advisors at email@example.com within 3 (three) days of having received the item, providing information about what (in your opinion) is wrong with the item. On receipt of your e-mail, our Customer Advisor Team will investigate the defect, and may contact you to discuss this. Once the details and entity of the fault have been agreed in writing with our Customer Services Advisor Team, we will provide you the appropriate address for your returned parcel. Along with the returned item, please always include your name, address, customer number if possible, as well as your email address and daytime telephone number and a note of what you are returning and why, in addition to the printed correspondence and authorisation papers from our Customer Service Advisors. Please do not send back the garment to us until and unless the manufacturing fault has been agreed by our Customer Service Advisor Team.
Please note that we cannot accept an item being returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Returns will only be honoured if the label remains intact and the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please take extra care to read all the specific care instructions provided with your purchase and in the “PRODUCT CARE INFORMATION PAGE” set out below. This does not affect your statutory rights. As noted above, given the natural origin of most of our goods, there may be variations in the colour of the products illustrated on our website - if this is the case, we cannot accept an item being returned as faulty.
When you return goods (for any reason), the credit will be issued in the same form as payment for the original order less any taxes or import duties incurred, if your order is being shipped back to us from outside of the UK. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a courier for the return of the product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Lilly e Violetta will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
Lilly e Violetta and Lilly-E-Violetta will make every effort to promptly refund to you the costs of the goods (but not any shipping/delivery costs) within 30 days (thirty) from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the returned goods. We will send an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been completed.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that our goods and or the use of our website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
PRODUCT CARE INFORMATION PAGE
Everything we offer has been made to bring you outstanding quality and excellent value for money. To help ensure you get the most from your purchases, please follow these simple care guidelines. If your items has fur content then:
1. Always store your fur garments in cold storage when you are done wearing them for the season or not using them. An Authorized Furcare Specialist is equipped with temperature, humidity, and light-controlled storage facilities to protect your fur, keeping it from drying out, oxidizing and prematurely aging your garment. Do not store in a overly humid or dry place where no air is circulating. Avoid heat, humidity, blowing hot or cold air.
2. Have your fur cleaned annually by an Authorized Furcare Specialist, never a dry cleaner. Your fur may not look dirty but it is important to remove small abrasive dirt particles and chemicals and keep it soft.
3. Have small rips or tears repaired immediately by your Authorized Furcare Specialist. This will prevent more expensive repairs later.
4. Always hang your fur on a broad-shoulder hanger, never a wire hanger. Allow enough space so that your fur is not crushed.
5. Never hang your fur in bags of any type. Plastic or rubber-lined bags prevent air from circulating, which can dry out the leather. Bags (even cloth bags) can also cause wear and broken hairs over time where the bag rests against the fur.
6. Do not store your fur in a cedar closet. Cedar wood absorbs moisture which can dry your fur out. And cedar closets do not protect from dust, dirt, and insect damage.
7. Do not store your fur garment with moth balls. Moth balls react with moisture in the air to produce a gas that acts as fumigant. This chemical reaction can cause irreparable damage to your fur (not to mention a lingering odor).
8. Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray or other chemicals on your fur. The alcohol content in these products will dry the leather and stiffen the guard hairs.
9. If your fur gets wet shake it out and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated room. Avoid direct heat or radiators, which can damage both fur and leather. If your fur is soaked through take it immediately to your Authorized Furcare Specialist for proper treatment.
10.Never iron fur or the lining. Ironing will ruin fur; the heat will penetrate to the leather and cause it to dry and tear eventually.
11.Do not spray fur with chemicals. Spraying your fur with bug spray or putting perfume on after you put on your coat, decreases the life of your fur. The harmful chemicals in each not only seep down to the leather making brittle but also can take away from the natural full look a fur has.
How will you protect my data online?
When you order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and credit and debit card details. A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. All this is necessary to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. This software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us to minimise the risk of this being intercepted before it is received by us. We also follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access.
All the information we collect via our website or through correspondence with you may be used for the following purposes - dealing with orders and accounts, processing payments, credit reference checking, fraud detection and research.
Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser and user preferences for our site. How safe are my credit or debit card details on your site?
We know that security is a major concern to many of our customers. We have put a very secure system in place so you can feel completely at ease when shopping with us over the Internet.
We feel confident that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level possible. Once your order has been transferred to our order processing system all credit card details are removed from the website as an added precaution and our sales order processing system and internal network are protected by the latest proxy technology. This does mean you have to give your card details every time you place an order with us but this minor inconvenience does ensure that it is totally safe to shop with Lilly e Violetta and Lillyevioletta London Limited.
What happens if I think my card has been used fraudulently?
We are accredited members of SAGEPAY which is the leader in global online retailing. You will notice the SAGE logo in our checkout process which indicates we have been accepted as a safe website. The risk of fraud from using your card on our website is extremely low.
Nevertheless, if your card is used fraudulently as a direct result of having been used to buy from our site, we will make sure you do not lose out as a result. We will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss and your credit card company is under obligation to take responsibility for the rest. We will work with your credit card company to provide any information they require to resolve the issue.

Lilly e Violetta will send you special offers and promotions by post and email. If you do not want to receive offers and promotions by email, you can unsubscribe by contacting in writing out Customer Services Team at Services@lillyeVioletta.com Please remember it can take up to 21 days to fully remove you from our email mailing list so you may receive one or two more. If you do not want to receive offers and promotions by post, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our brochures are printed in advance so it can take up to eight weeks for the process to be complete and you may receive one further brochure.
Why did I receive your brochure when I didn't request it?
We may have received your details from a third party company. If you do not wish to receive information from us, please email us at Services@lillyeVioletta.com. Please note that although we will take you off our mailing list as soon as you ask us, our brochures are printed in advance so it can take up to eight weeks for the process to be complete and you may receive one further brochure.
